The scope of work includes:

+ 1200mm thick Raft Slab
+ 1 Nr. Basement
+ 15 Nr. Solid and semi solid floor slab with atrium traversing 10 floors to receive skylight at the roof level.
+ Building Facade to be clad with aluminum and structural glazing; stainless steel cladding to round columns, granite cladding to ground floors.
+ HVAC with York Air Conditioning System & In-house Electrical, BMS ICT, Plumbing & Fire fighting systems
