Lead Consultant/Architect:
STUP Consultant Pvt. Ltd in Partnership with Architect Consults (U) Ltd Kampala. Uganda. 

Retaining walls, structural frame including concrete works, steel works, carpentry works, block walling, HVAC and mechanical installations.

Scope of work includes;

• The structure comprises two (2) wings; A&B the former running one floor taller than the latter.

• Foundations are striped and strapped with ground beams running along the building outline.

• Finishes range from granolithic to tiles for floors, anti-static vinyl, paint and tiles for walls, and acoustic finishes for the Auditorium located in wing A.

• HVAC with York Air Conditioning System & inhouse Electrical, BMS ICT, Plumbing & Fire fighting systems
